Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

These are carefully crafted classes that are specially designed for 6 weeks to 2 years postpartum (If still recovering and/or beginning your journey of healing past 2 years these are also a perfect place to start!) We will focus on safely re-establishing your connection to your core, address posture and alignment changes, and support and strengthen the back. Through movement, breath work, and relaxation exercises we uplift and re-energize. Always set to good tunes and a playful attitude is not a requirement but strongly encouraged!
