*In these private, one-on-one sessions, expectant parents will receive the necessary information to help make informed decisions while understanding the stages of labor, delivery process, infant procedures, and the valuable doula tricks of the trade.
Included:
2 Private Prenatal Sessions (in person or virtual)
In this course we will touch on the stages of labor and what to look for when labor begins.
I will help guide you and your partner through writing your birth plan.
We will go over possible medical interventions, emergency situations, medical terms, and birthing choices
We will discuss ways to manage labor, talk through any concerns and potential anxieties and tailor a plan that is best suited for you giving your partner the necessary tools to feel confident in supporting you every step of the way.

Complimentary initial consultation
2 (90 min each) prenatal visits to inform parents of comfort measures, the stages of labor, and how to plan for the postpartum period
Basic Nutritional Guidance
One postnatal visit to check on the status of mom and baby + breastfeeding support
Initiate rehabilitation with specific yoga postures (if appt scheduled after 6 weeks)
