Join Sam for a weekend of learning, connection, and preparation in this Lamaze-based Childbirth Prep Workshop—designed to empower you and your support partner with the knowledge and tools needed for a healthier, more connected labor and birth experience.
Grounded in the latest evidence-based research, this workshop will equip you to make informed choices that work best for you, your family, and your birth. Support partners will gain hands-on experience with comfort techniques and learn practical skills to help the birthing person feel supported and confident throughout labor.
With over 10 years of experience in the birth space, Sam is passionate about supporting families through one of life’s most transformative milestones—welcoming a new life into the world. Whether you plan to give birth in a hospital, birth center, or at home, this comprehensive workshop has you covered!

This workshop offers the perfect opportunity to connect with other expecting parents in your community while gaining the knowledge and tools to feel confident and empowered for labor and birth.
The workshop will take place at Sol Seek, located at 1112 Ocean Drive, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266.
It will be led by Samantha Hoppes, a Lamaze-trained Childbirth Educator, DONA-trained Birth Doula, Certified RPYT Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, and founder of Mindful Mama South Bay.
Space is limited to 10 birthing individuals and their support partners, so early registration is highly encouraged.
The cost of the workshop is $400 per couple and includes all materials.
